Relax Already Therapeutic Massage was established in 2004. My massage practice welcomes men, women, and children of all ages. I utilize a combination of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, neuromuscular, and trigger point therapies.

What do all these techniques mean? Well, are your shoulders tense from sitting at a desk all day? Is your teenager complaining of neck pain from constantly looking down at their cell phone? Do you have back pain from all the work travel? Or do you just want to unwind and think about nothing for an hour? When you book your session we can go over what is bothering you and come up with a treatment plan. I will incorporate one, or all, of the techniques above into your session to get you back on the road to healthier muscles and better health.
